In New Zealand waters Waiuku Yacht Club is the Home of the Finn. The Finn was the longest continuous Olympic class, first appearing in the 1952 Helsinki Olympics until Tokyo 2020. A period of 68 years. The big boat for big sailors of at least 85kg. Unfortunately there is now no class suitable for larger sailors at the Olympics which is a great shame.
